Here you will find our Credit Card Form for All Credit Card Processing. This form is secure and is provided through our Authorize.net Gateway. We only accept Visa and Mastercard at this time. Our deposit is $500 on each puppy and is none refundable. If your puppy is ready for his home within 1 week full payment is due upon completion of sale. The price of each puppy with shipping included is located on each description of that puppy. Do not forget to add $115 if you will get adding the paws warranty with your puppy. This is not included in the purchase price of the puppy. You must also agree with our NO REFUND/RETURN POLICY ON FORM.

Customers who pay with bank wire for entire purchase price save $100 on puppy.  If you request to pay with bank wire email us at nightingalebullies@yahoo.com and we will send you our bank information.

All puppies are sold with Nightingale Bullies Health Guarantee Contract and Option of PAWS WARRANTY and must be faxed back to us prior to shipping. If we do not have a signed, notarized contract before shipping date we will not ship your puppy until contract is sent back to us.

We will not hold any puppy without deposit. 

If you wish to pay for puppy in full by bank wire we will only allow up to 24 hours to send bank wire and bank wire receipt can be faxed to us at 601-510-9639.
